MGNREGA ( Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Generation Act ) was launched in the year of 2005 by Center Government Under Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. The Main Objective of the scheme is to provide 100 Days of Guarantee Work for unskilled workers in every year. The scheme is mainly designed to help Adults from India’s Rural area, Both Men and women can get work under this scheme.
Wage rates are different for each state wise. Every Year in March New Job cards will be issued and Eliminates Job cards which are not in use. Under This scheme various works are done like village development works, Constructing Roads and cleaning water canals etc. After completion of 100 days Job worker Directly get the wage amount into their accounts.
